Aqua-Save Junior 2, even better Recycling
The New Aqua-Save Junior 2 is a highly versatile, mobile waste water treatment system.
The machine uses evaporation to process a range of waste waters, from machining coolants through to floor scrubbings, separating water from material for disposal.
Typically only 5% of the original solution volume then needs to be removed from site with the rest available either for re-use or, with appropriate permissions, discharge to drain.
No larger than a four-drawer filing cabinet, the new Aqua-Save Junior 2 shares the mobility of its predecessor and can also handle up to 15 litres of waste solution per hour.
However, a broader range of more heavily contaminated substances can now be processed, with built-in intelligent sensors firstly assessing the composition of incoming solution and then adjusting the unit’s operation accordingly. This is supported by automatic chemical dosing to maximise separation efficiency further still.
Aqua-Save systems can also qualify for the government’s Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme, a big financial incentive.
